Christian health professionals in Southern California are organizing a medical team to China for the summer 2007. The leaders have played key rolls on short-term medical teams to regions in South East Asia and other parts of the world. The uniqueness of this team is that besides bringing medical care to under-served area in China, a high priority will be placed to emphasize personal relationship with local medical professionals. The short-term medical team will be partnering with local medical organizations in China to reach out to rural areas with a one to two-week comprehensive medical clinic. The team is recruiting physicians, dentists, nurses, medical technologists and technicians as well as non-medical professional support personnel and students.
